"I was born in 1985 in Lucca, where I took my first steps as a bartender before moving to Ireland. In 2012, however, I decided to move to California, where I opened with my brother Massimiliano two pastry shops: Carrara Pastries. Success immediately smiled on us!

Notoriety came with the TV: in a short time I became a star of Food Network America,.

In 2015 I participated as a competitor in the first season of Spring Baking Championship finishing second, and I continued my 'career' as a cooking show competitor in 2016, participating in the 12th season of Food Network Star, ranking third.

In 2017 I arrived at Bake Off Italia with a fair amount of TV experiences, both as a competitor and as a judge. After the success of Bake Off I continued my television adventure with Cake Star, along with Katia Follesa.

At the moment I have two recipe books to my credit: Dolce Italia and A Taste of Italy. In Italy my new book has been published in October 2018: Nella vita tutto è possibile.”
